Shipping policy

When will you process my order?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We offer shipping with tracking to Europe, US, Canada, and Australia. Please see below for our shipping rates:

Europe: €6

US, Canada, and Australia: €9

Do all your shipments include a tracking number?

Yes, all shipments will have a tracking number that will be communicated to you. If any order lacks a tracking number, we will be sure to let you know. 

When will I receive my DALI package?

Delivery times vary by country and region. Please allow a maximum of 10 days for receiving the order depending on your location from the time of receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail. You can always track your order to know its location via the tracking number sent to you.
